Pretty sure it's over. Big C survived unless the other guys kept going after I left and all the plot points were solved. Start creating a Fallout type character.
Basically, the 'case' was resolved. As it turned out, the late president Baldwin may have had some kind of resurrection planned, to be arranged by President Douglas, (Possibly) Mr. Merriman, and Kyle Phillips. Kyle snapped some time ago and began trying to stop it---raising the zombies and calling the lightning as part of the attempt.
In order to protect themselves/EVERYONE (depending on how you look at it) from the zombies, it seems Merriman and Douglas killed Ms. Maccalaurriat in order to turn her into a Rusalka; whether or not they are naturally opposed to the headless zombies, or Merriman and Douglas somehow influenced her after death, the Rusalka did seem to finish off the last of them...before doing //something// to Douglas at the end.
Chauncey survived; Douglas or Kyle murdered Franz; Kyle murdered Jehiel; Douglas and Kyle were both caught; Krukov learned to raise zombies; and Chauncey almost got to beat a zombie in the legs with its own leg.
I'm going to be writing up an epilogue to wrap things up, but we left off at the house still. I may have to ask a few questions before I write it, but the next part for you guys is to create characters for Fallout!
